This workshop is designed to help both the Board and the Professional Staff understand the diverse needs of a congregation's members. Simple and low cost steps can be implemented to respond to the diverse needs of your members as a reflection of your mission and vision statement. The session concludes with a clear action plan for moving forward and implementing new approaches to membership services.
